Our Service

1. Setup

Our setup is efficiently completed within a short 15-minute timeframe and only requires a compact area measuring 3.5m x 2.5m for lighting and backdrop purposes.

2. Photos

Our photo sessions are designed to cater to the time constraints of companies, allowing us to photograph approximately 3-4 team members within a 1-hour session. Our skilled photographers will provide guidance and direct team members through various poses and activities to capture confident and authentic images. Following their session, each team member will have a selection of around 20 images to choose from.

3. Editing

We take pride in our professional photo retouching services, where we enhance the quality of each photo while preserving a natural appearance. Our skilled team removes unwanted blemishes, ensuring natural-looking portraits that highlight each team member's unique features.

4. Delivery

We provide 2 fully edited high-resolution images for each team member. Our editing process includes both colour and black & white adjustments, resulting in a total of 4 files.

To conveniently deliver the final product, we provide high-resolution, fully edited photos through a Dropbox link within 48 hours.

Additional Services

Makeup & Hair Stylist

We have the privilege of collaborating with exceptional makeup and hair stylists for touchup work at an additional cost.

Multiple Outfit Changes

At an additional cost per outfit change, we provide the flexibility of multiple wardrobe adjustments.

Customised Background Options

In all our packages, we offer complimentary customised backgrounds in any colour to match your company's aesthetics. Kindly inform us of your preferred colour on the day of the shoot using the Hex colour code, such as #FF0000 for the colour red.

Location

Your Office / Chosen Location

We are pleased to provide our services to your office or chosen location at no additional charge. To create a professional and visually appealing setup, we kindly request a compact area measuring 3.5m x 2.5m. This space will allow us to set up the necessary lighting equipment and backdrop, ensuring optimal conditions for capturing high-quality portraits.

Our Studio

In case space or other factors pose limitations, you have the option of choosing our studio as your photoshoot location. Our studio is located tin Wong Chuk Hang, situated right next to the train station.

We provide easily accessible restrooms and changing facilities on the same floor.
