When should I schedule my photoshoot?
To ensure a seamless experience, we suggest scheduling your session 1-2 months ahead of time. We only reserve a limited number of sessions each week so booking in advance not only secures your preferred date but also provides ample time for thorough planning and preparation. It allows us to assist you in selecting and, if needed, sourcing wardrobe items, ensuring everything is in place for a successful and enjoyable session.
Can I bring pets?
Absolutely! We love when families include their furry friends in their photo sessions. Pets are an integral part of the family, and we believe they should be included in capturing those special moments. Whether it's a playful dog, a cuddly cat, or any other beloved pet, feel free to bring them along. We'll make sure to create a comfortable and fun environment for both your family and your pets, ensuring that their unique personalities shine through in the photographs.
Can I bring my helper(s)?
Certainly! You are more than welcome to bring a helper along to our photo shoot. We understand that having an extra pair of hands can be beneficial, especially when it comes to managing props, assisting with wardrobe changes, or ensuring the comfort of younger family members. We want to create a stress-free and enjoyable experience for everyone involved, so feel free to bring someone who can lend a hand and make the session even more memorable.

What should we wear?
We suggest colour themes and outfit ideas that align with the timeless and endearing mood we aim to convey in our shoots. Here are a few examples:
Classic Neutrals: Opting for neutral tones such as whites, creams, greys, or soft pastels can create a clean and elegant look that stands the test of time. This colour palette evokes a sense of simplicity and sophistication.
Soft Pastels: Pastel shades like blush pinks, baby blues, and mint greens can bring a gentle and delicate touch to your images. These colours create a light and airy ambiance, perfect for capturing tender moments.

When will we be able to see our photographs?
You can expect to receive your images within one week after the photo shoot. We will conveniently deliver them to you through a secure link, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. This way, you can easily access and download your cherished images to enjoy and share with your loved ones.
How many images will we get?
As a general guideline, we carefully select and curate an average of 60-80 final images for every hour of coverage. We believe in quality over quantity, ensuring that each image reflects the essence and significance of your special moments.
Can I have all the unedited/RAW photos from our shoot?
As artists, we carefully curate and edit the final selection of images with our creative discretion. In order to maintain the integrity of our artistic vision, we do not provide unedited or RAW files. We believe that these files are unfinished and incomplete representations of our work. Rest assured, we take pride in delivering beautifully edited images that showcase the essence and artistry of our craft.
Can I order prints after the shoot?
Certainly! We are delighted to offer customised framed prints and albums at our studio. Once we deliver your photos, we will provide you with more information and discuss the various options available. We believe these personalised prints and albums will beautifully complement your cherished memories, and we look forward to assisting you in selecting the perfect way to showcase and preserve your photos.
Reschedule & Cancellation:
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Once you've made a deposit, please note that it is non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a flexible one-time free rescheduling option if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot day. We want to accommodate your needs and ensure a smooth experience. In the event that you need to reschedule after the 7-day mark, we can still make it happen, but a rescheduling fee will apply. We strive to find a balance between understanding the unexpected and maintaining the efficiency of our operations.
What happens if your team get’s sick or has some sort of emergency?
Fortunately, we haven't experienced any last-minute emergencies before a shoot (fingers crossed), and we definitely want to keep it that way! We take great care to prioritise our well-being leading up to your session, ensuring we're in top shape to capture your precious moments. However, in the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances prevent us from being there, we've got contingency plans in place. We'll do everything possible to arrange a replacement photographer of equal caliber and style from our strong network of professionals. It's our commitment to providing you with the best possible outcome. Alternatively, if you prefer to make your own arrangements, we'll gladly refund your full investment. We want you to have peace of mind, knowing that we're prepared for any unlikely scenario and that your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Where is your studio?
We've set up shop in the heart of Wong Chuk Hang, and guess what? Our studio is practically neighbours with the train station! It's the perfect location, making it super easy for you to hop off the train and hop right into our creative space. No need to worry about long commutes or getting lost in the maze of the city. We've got you covered with a conveniently located studio that's just a stone's throw away from the train station.
Do you have parking space?
We've got your parking covered. Right behind our studio building on Yip Fat Street, you'll find the conveniently located Marina 8 Car Park. With their valet parking service, you can breeze in and out without any hassle. So, leave your parking worries behind and focus on enjoying your time at our studio.
Do you do outdoor shoots too?
For now, we're all about capturing timeless moments in the comfort of our studio. We've designed it specifically to deliver consistently stunning photographs and exceptional results. While we don't currently offer outdoor shoots, our studio is where our signature style truly shines. It's the perfect haven for creating beautiful, everlasting memories that stand the test of time.
Studio facilities:
We've got your comfort and style covered! Just a few steps away from our studio on the same floor, you'll find clean and convenient toilets and changing areas. Plus, we have some handy extras to ensure you look absolutely fabulous. We provide a steamer to banish any wrinkles from your clothes, and we've got you covered with accessories like blowdryers, combs, brushes, and lint removers.
It's our little way of making sure you look your absolute best during your time with us.
